Spot a bug, a wrong fee or diagnostic code, or have an idea? Tap Report an issue right inside MedConcierge. Accepted reports earn points, points raise your contributor level, and higher levels earn you more votes over the roadmap each quarter. It’s built in - every account has it.

How points work

A verified bug, fee error, or accepted idea earns +10 points. Quick “me too” votes and data checks earn +2. No patient information is ever attached - just the page you’re on.

Every physician you refer who signs up and submits their first claim earns you a free month. Refer more, save more — up to 71 free months at the top tier. Credits float with the current self-billing price.

Referring is simple

No links to chase. When the physician you refer signs up, they just enter your CPSO number in the referral code field - your free month is credited automatically.

To refer a colleague, share your CPSO number and have them enter it in the referral code field when they sign up.

How free months work

Each free month is applied as a credit to a single billing cycle and is capped at a maximum value of $40 CAD per cycle (plus HST) — the same cap as the Self Billing plan. One “month” means one billing cycle. We release invoices on the 16th of each month for the claims OHIP paid during that billing cycle, and each free month is credited against that cycle’s invoice; any unused value does not carry over or pay out as cash. The 4-month sign-up promotion applies to new accounts that enter a valid referral code at sign-up. Promotional terms may change or end at any time.
